Blue Chip shortlisted in two categories for the Engage Awards 2019

Here at Blue Chip, we are proud to have been shortlisted in two categories for the Engage Awards 2019, for our TexecomPro app. The app was developed for Texecom – one of the world’s leading security systems manufacturers.

The Engage awards are the UK’s only customer and employee engagement awards. TexecomPro has been shortlisted as a finalist in 2 key categories, including Best Use of Technology in Customer Engagement and Best Business Transformation Strategy.

The TexecomPro app offers Texecom installers and end users access to product information, manuals and guides along with an online Forum queries. It was developed as part of the company’s digitisation strategy and commitment to reduce paper waste.

Further phases are already in planning for the app, which has not only seen massive uptake and great feedback from Texecom’s customer base, it also delivered huge savings in paper as printed manuals have been completely phased out.

Blue Chip’s Senior Account Director, Kathy Lye said: “We’re very proud that TexecomPro has been such a big hit with Texecom’s customers – we pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our solutions. We’d love to add our first ever Engage Award (or better still, two) to our 137 other UK and International Awards for marketing effectiveness.”
