We Create Rexel’s First-Ever Loyalty Campaign To Celebrate 75th Anniversary

ACCO Brands, one of the world’s leading suppliers of branded office products, is celebrating the 75th Anniversary of its Rexel portfolio with a dedicated loyalty scheme developed by Blue Chip.

“Rexel Rewards” offers a variety of targeted rewards to consumers who buy any of the 300+ participating products from the Rexel range, which includes shredders, staplers and punches, as well as filing products and desktop accessories.

The scheme is targeted at office products users and buyers and is being promoted online and via distributor media, including catalogues, digital and email communications.

Chris Gaskell, senior director of channel and brand marketing (Europe, Middle East and Africa), says: “It was important to create a long term campaign that would deliver real cut-through with our target audience. Blue Chip has taken a fresh look at how we can drive loyalty within our industry, offering generous rewards to suit all tastes.”

The activity is delivered via a dedicated website where rewards cover the categories of ‘Retail Therapy’, ‘Entertainment’, ‘Health & Beauty’, ‘Food & Home’, ‘Sports’ and ‘Charities’.

Reward options include personal shopping experiences at House of Fraser, iTunes vouchers, Tastecard memberships and thousands more.

Customers can claim Rexel Rewards by creating an online account, making a purchase from the participating products, banking their barcodes online and then selecting their reward from the web catalogue.
